Have you ever wondered why you are here?

Is it to make good grades?  To be a sports stud?  To pull first chair?  Or is it just to watch others be voted "Most Likely to Succeed"?  The High School Ministry at North Richland Hills Baptist Church is made up of teenagers that are finding out that the answer to the question is found in a relationship with Jesus Christ.  Join us as we do life together with other Christian kids from all over the area.  We have some amazing adults that can help you better get how to make the Christian life work.  We’re having a blast with Christ being the boss of our lives.

See You At The Pole

The 2010 See You at the Pole™ theme is Reveal based on the Lord's Prayer in Matthew 6:9–13.

With a God like this loving you, you can pray very simply. Like this: Our Father in heaven, Reveal who you are. Set the world right; Do what's best—as above, so below. Keep us alive with three square meals. Keep us forgiven with you and forgiving others. Keep us safe from ourselves and the Devil. You're in charge! You can do anything you want! You're ablaze in beauty! Yes. Yes. Yes.

For twenty years now, See You at the Pole™ has been about students leading out in prayer, asking God to reveal Who He is on campuses all over the United States and the world.

On Wednesday, September 22, at 7 AM, GATHER at your school flagpole, PRAY for your school, friends, families, and world. ASK God to REVEAL Who He is to your campus. Pray for AWAKENING.

HS Sunday Morning Bible Study

Everybody has a longing to connect with people and to be a part of something significant. The most effective way to connect to our Youth Ministry comes from being part of a small group of teenagers that meet together on Sunday mornings. 9th -12th graders begin at 9:15 a.m. and focus on knowing and understanding the Bible, forming community, and enjoying being around teenagers that think like they do.  Join us this Sunday!

  • 9th grade: Room 108
  • 10th grade: Room 116E
  • 11th grade: Room 230
  • 12th grade: Room 231

Teen Lifeline

Teen Lifeline Support SystemThe Teen Lifeline Support System (TLSS) participates in activities on school campuses and in the COMMUNITY, striving to provide effective help for hurting teens. This starts with ASSESSMENT and helps us know where the teen best fits in TLSS or if another program should be recommended. If we believe TLSS can help, then the teen is invited into our PROGRAM where we seek to provide tools and resources that will help both now and later in their life's journey. Finally, we seek to send teens out prepared. This may happen in a simple way with a group wrap-up or in a big way with an ending party. Ultimately, our goal is to LAUNCH students back into their everyday life equipped with skills and coping strategies to live life better.
