The 26 Wellness Center challenges every individual to achieve optimal health through four core areas of heart, mind , body and soul. It is a unique community experience offering full commercial workout facilities, relationship building activities, community service and lifestyle change classes. The wellness center provides the opportunity to experience a whole new you in a whole new way.
Heart
Love Others, Proverbs 4:23
The heart inspires people to live for something other than their selves, to give back, to love and live in community. Create a difference in someone else’s life. Give back to your city, town and neighborhood. Make your life about leaving the world a better place than how you found it.
Mind
Grow, Romans 8:6
The mind helps people move from where they are to where God is calling them to be. There is assistance in developing vital life skills and habits to live better, healthier and more freely. Learn something new. Develop new skills. Recover from life’s low spots.
Body
Live Well, Hebrews 11:33-34
Living well is not about a body shape or index. Create balance in your life through regular exercise, proper eating and time with God. Change your perspective on what it means to be healthy. Live well and help others do the same.
Soul
Believe, Mark 8:37
The greatest transformation you will ever experience in life is through a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. The path towards total health begins and ends with the trail to the cross. If you have a soul problem, you truly have a health problem.

The Teen Lifeline Support System (TLSS) participates in activities on school campuses and in the COMMUNITY, striving to provide effective help for hurting teens. This starts with ASSESSMENT and helps us know where the teen best fits in TLSS or if another program should be recommended. If we believe TLSS can help, then the teen is invited into our PROGRAM where we seek to provide tools and resources that will help both now and later in their life's journey. Finally, we seek to send teens out prepared. This may happen in a simple way with a group wrap-up or in a big way with an ending party. Ultimately, our goal is to LAUNCH students back into their everyday life equipped with skills and coping strategies to live life better.Jazzercise has returned to the 26 Wellness Center!
